As part of the implementation of the Roadmap for the modernization of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2021, in order to strengthen the practice-oriented educational process in the discipline «Criminalistics», senior lecturer of the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics, police Major S. M.Minaidarov on October 15, 2019, a field practical lesson was held for students of the 2nd and 3rd training groups of the course of initial vocational training. Before the lesson, the students got acquainted with the main activities of the operational-forensic service of the Aktobe region. The staff of the OFD explained and demonstrated the principles of the following programs: «Integrated data Bank», «Papilon», «Image++», «Pulegilzoteka» and other search engines used by practitioners in their daily work.
Such programs as «Papilon», «Portrait» and «Pulegilzoteka» aroused particular interest among the listeners.
At the end of class the students thanked the Deputy chief of OFD of PD of Aktobe region, police Colonel O. S. Arykbaev and OFD senior criminalist, police Captain B. A. Iljanova for an interesting story about the possibilities of the forensic service of PD of Aktobe region and for comprehensive, detailed answers to questions concerning practice forensics.
The lesson achieved its goal, during its implementation, the students got acquainted with the methods of forensic examination and got an idea about the production of urgent investigative actions, forensic ballistic, tracological, handwriting examination.
