As part of the Roadmap for the modernization of the internal Affairs bodies, on the basis of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev, the front office was opened on March 1, 2019.
Cooperation with citizens in the format of the front office is an innovation not only for the Institute, but also for all departmental educational institutions of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Here visitors will be met by qualified legal advisers from among the teaching staff of the Institute, with the necessary knowledge, and provide citizens with detailed advice on all issues that interest to them.
This initiative will allow from the first days of training to cadets and students to get skills of a modern format of work with the citizens.
Everything is done to ensure that the person who came to the Institute, quickly and in full received all the necessary information.
The front office is equipped with modern engineering equipment, waiting room and other infrastructure.
