On November 15, 2019 in Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev the international scientific-practical conference «Improvement of activity of law enforcement agencies taking into account modern realities» devoted to the Address of the Head of state Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev to the people of Kazakhstan «Constructive public dialogue —the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan» took place.
The conference was held for the purpose of international exchange of experience in the framework of improving law enforcement activities, namely in criminal, criminal procedure and administrative-legal activities of IAB.
The conference program included 177 speakers, who were distributed in 6 sections and in plenary session. Thus, at the plenary session, the Head of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev made a welcoming speech., PhD, police Colonel Kabduev Akan Esetovich, akim of Almaty district of the city of Aktobe Auelbaev Adilkerei Sagidullaevich, a Deputy Prosecutor of Aktobe region, the adviser of justice Eschanov Orken Myrzabekovich, President of the Association of non-governmental organizations in Aktobe region Aigul Egizbaevna, assistant chief of far Eastern law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of Russia (for international cooperation), police Lieutenant Colonel Brazheskiy Klimentiy Nikolaevich, Deputy head of the Kazan law Institute of MIA of Russia for scientific work, candidate of historical Sciences, associate Professor, police Colonel (online connection) Mironov Sergey Nikolaevich, chief of graduate Institute of postgraduate education of Kostanay Academy of MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev, doctor of philosophy (PhD), police Major Kainar Yerbolat Yerzhanuly, Head of the LPD of Burlinsky DPD of West Kazakhstan region, police Major Makbuzov Arman Alibekovich, Deputy head of the investigation of the DP of Kentau of Turkestan region, police Captain Nuskabekov Doszhan Bekzhanuly.
The plenary session was moderated by the Deputy head for scientific work of the ALI of MIA of RK named after M.Bukenbaev, candidate of legal Sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna.

Lukyanenko, candidate of legal Sciences, police Colonel Zeynalov Fazil Nazimovich (online connection), Deputy Dean of the faculty of law of Orenburg state University, candidate of pedagogical Sciences Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna, judge of court №3 of Aktobe city Sarsenova Sandugash Serikkyzy, Director of the branch of JSC «National center for advanced training «Orleu» Institute for advanced training of teachers in Aktobe region», candidate of philological Sciences Abisheva Nurgul Moldabayevna, acting Deputy head of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for academic affairs, police Major Balymov Erlan Kuanyshevich.
Moderators of the sections along with the staff of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev made and foreign guests. In addition to employees and guests, the conference was attended by students of advanced training courses.
As a result of the conference, a collection of materials was published, which included scientific articles of prominent scientists, workers of practical law enforcement agencies, specialists and experts, teachers, legal scholars of state and foreign higher educational institutions, as well as young scientists, adjuncts, applicants, doctoral students, undergraduates, specialists of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Azerbaijan. The materials outlined the legal aspects of improving administrative activities in law enforcement, current trends and problems of implementation criminal and penal policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, the prevention of crime by law enforcement, modernization of the current pre-trial criminal proceedings and ways of increase of efficiency of disclosure and investigation of crimes, improvement of special and physical preparation of law enforcement officers, legal education and language culture of the lawyer taking into account modern realities, state-legal and civil-legal activity of law enforcement agencies.
At the end of the conference, recommendations were developed, which were approved at the final stage when summing up unanimously.
The conference ended with a speech by the Head of the Institute, candidate of philosophy, police Colonel Kabduev Akan Esetovich with words of gratitude to the participants and guests of the conference and wishes of success in further scientific activities. At the conclusion of the event the participants were awarded with certificates and memorable gifts.
