On October 23, 2014, an operative video-selector meeting was held under the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Major General of the Police M.G. Demeuov “On the results of a comprehensive inspection of the activities of the MVD educational institutions and the staffing of law enforcement agencies”, following which a decision was taken for № 40. In this regard, pursuant to cl. 1) clause 7 of the said decision, the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in close cooperation with the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe region, took measures to open a branch of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activity of BIA (hereinafter – branch) the base of the police station № 26 of the Ilek DP of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Aktobe, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe region, which is currently functioning in the village of Yasny.
In addition to the above, to ensure the protection of public order in the village of Yasny for a practice in the branch of the Institute for cadets and staff of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activity of the BIA, a schedule is drawn up annually, approved by the head of the institute.
When passing the practice together with the district police inspector, the cadets identify mainly administrative offenses that infringe upon public order and morality, namely, they form the protocols under art. 434 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (minor hooliganism), art.440 (drinking alcoholic beverages or appearing in public in a state of intoxication), art. 505 (Violation of the rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and settlements, as well as destruction of infrastructure, destruction and damage to the green planting of the city and settlements), etc. In addition, the DPS 26 accepts calls 102 received through the administrative department through the PSU or duty units, that is, the district police inspectors COM №26 together with the cadets in accordance with the requirements of the law timely serve calls and thereby practically consolidate their theoretical knowledge.
