One of the tasks of the Government program of development of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the years 2016-2019, as approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 205 of March 1, 2016, is the creation of a modern educational environment by means of implementation of innovative education technologies and the development of new practice-oriented educational programs.
Within the framework of execution of p. 2.6 meeting of the Coordination Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning assurance of loyalty, law and order and crime prevention on November 21-23, 2018 in Aktobe Law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev held a training course about implementation of a special training module «Electronic criminal case» with the installation of the test bed module-AD for investigation of crimes during the pretrial investigation.
The training course was opened by the Head of Department of integration Affairs in non-legible form, of the Committee on crime statistics and special records of General Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Bakytkarimovich Duisembaev.
Application in practical activities of conduct crime explained and demonstrated the senior Prosecutor of the Department of integration Affairs in an electronic format, of the Committee on crime statistics and special records of General Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Gyilimkhanovich Alseitov.
The main purpose of the training course was the acquisition of skills of procedural guidance actualization in criminal cases, forms and methods of disclosure and investigation of crimes, methods and tactics of individual investigative actions.
In the training course took part the faculty instructors of the Department of criminal process and criminalistics of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev. The participants of the training course had an opportunity individually to familiarize themselves with the program on their personal computers and practically master the skills of criminal investigation in non-legible from.
The faculty instructors of criminal process and criminalistics department had a public access in non-legible form «Kaztoken», whereby in the future training process will be demonstrated and implemented by them in the teaching and learning process for training of cadets and on career development courses.
In conclusion of the training course, the Deputy Head of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel G.Zh.Suleimanova thanked the staff of the Prosecutor General’s office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the conducted information and innovative training of the higher education teaching personnel of the Institute and handed them letters of appreciation.
