June 1, 2019 graduates of Aktobe law Institute named after M. Bukenbaev, who studied under the reduced form of training, were awarded the first special title «police Lieutenant» and diplomas.
The ceremony was attended by member of the Presidium of the Council of veterans of the RK, Honorary veteran of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Colonel of militia equal to the participants of the great Patriotic war K. A.Zhumashev, Head of Air Defense Forces Military Institute named after the twice hero of the Soviet Union, T. Bigeldinov, Colonel A. A. Ibrayev, Head of the Youth resource center of Astana akimat of Aktobe city Zh.Tabylganov, Chairman of the veterans Council of Aktobe law Institute named after M. Bukenbaev V. A.Syunyakov, granddaughter of Hero of the Soviet Union Malkedzhar Bukenbaev, Bokenbaeva Dina Bolatovna, veterans of the Institute and parents.
The Head of the Institute, police Colonel A. M. Saitbekov congratulated the cadets with the first rank of «police Lieutenant» and wished success in further execution of their duties. During the solemn event graduates said goodbye to the flag of the Institute. After the graduation ceremony, the personnel held a solemn March. Guests of the event congratulated the graduates.
