From 26 to 28 June, was held a training seminar on «Transformational leadership in a changing world», organized jointly with the branch of the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe region, within the framework of the signed Memorandum of cooperation. During the seminar, the heads and Deputy departments of the territorial Police departments and the leadership of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev were trained in four basic educational modules:
– strategic management and leadership;
– communication management;
– future competences;
– project management.
The first day of the seminar was held on the basis of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev. In the format of motivational conversations and training were lecturers:
Zh. S.Kurmanova – acting head of the office of the branch of the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe region on the theme «Model of competence of the head in the context of a changing world».
R. A.Yesbergen – associate Professor of the branch of the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe region, candidate of economic Sciences on «Strategic and program documents of the country: new approaches to implementation».
E.K. Balymov – Head of the Department of administrative law and administrative activity of the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Major with the theme «Focus on results and principles of customer focus on the public service of law enforcement agencies».
A. M.Saitbekov – Head of the Aktobe law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, candidate of juridical Sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel with the theme «Modernization of public service law enforcement agencies».
Zh. А. Zhukaeva – senior lecturer of the Department of General subjects of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Major with the theme «Social conflicts in society».
The next two days were held on the basis of the branch of the Academy of Public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe region, where in the form of trainings and interactive discussions were made:
A. Berlibay with the theme «Brand of the organization in social networks. Storytelling in social networks».
K. T. Kuanzhanova –senior lecturer of the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe region, doctor of philosophy and A. F.Sattarova – Head of the Department of General education of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, candidate of pedagogical Sciences, police Colonel with the theme «Role of effective communications in ensuring public satisfaction».
Z. U. Imzharova – Head of the Central Institute of advanced training of Aktobe regional state University named after K. Zhubanov, candidate of pedagogical Sciences with the subject «Public speaking: psychology of communication».
After discussing the theoretical properties of the training participants were given the task to develop projects in these areas. The Commission consisting of the Deputy head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption in Aktobe region Rafhat Toleugalievich Bisenov, Director of the branch of the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe region Saduakasova Saida Asetovna, Deputy head of the Department of personnel policy of the PD of Aktobe region, police Major Zhumabek Talant Tileubekuly, Deputy head for academic affairs of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna evaluated work. Each of the members of the Commission expressed their views on the modules they liked, gave proposals on all the protecting projects. Galiya Zhanabekovna, in turn, noted the creativity and relevance of the project of the Deputy head of the migration police Department, police Lieutenant Colonel M. H. Nazarov, and invited the working group of the research theme of the Institute «State-legal basis of migration and migration issues».
At the end of the seminar, all participants were awarded certificates.
