January 11, 2018 on the territory of the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, fire-tactical exercises were held to ensure fire safety measures.
The given action is directed on observance of rules of fire safety in a winter season, acquisition of skills of use of fire extinguishing means.
The fire-tactical exercises took place in the third stage:
I – lecture on the topic: “Fire, types of ignition and countermeasures”. During the presentation of the material, the senior inspector for combat and service training, Major of Police N.K. Suleimenov. the classification of fires and measures of counteraction, compliance with fire safety rules when using electric and heating appliances (electric stoves, heaters, electric kettles, etc.) was given.
II – Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Captain of the Police Salimgirey N.A, who passed the fire safety knowledge testing course in the volume of the fire-technical minimum, together with the chief of the coordination and planning department, the police major A. Imanov. Fire extinguishers and training in the use of fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire hoses and improvised means (eg, a hoe, an ax, a shovel, sand, buckets of water, tarpaulins, etc.) were demonstrated.
III – practical training in conditions close to the most practical, during which the officers and cadets of the institute demonstrated practical skills in localizing the source of fire and the ability to use fire extinguishing means. For conducting this event, the lecturer of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Major Minaidarov S.M. and the head of the cabinet, the captain of the police Salimgirey N.A.
In addition, during the exercises the teacher of the department, the captain of the police Kiyubek A.Zh. the methods of rendering the first pre-medical medical aid to those affected by the fire and poisoned by combustion products were worked out.
Upon receipt of the introductory information about the fire, the inspector of the duty unit reacted and, according to the plan, measures were taken to evacuate people, extinguish the fire and preserve the material values. The main thing is not to create panic and act clearly and consistently.
Thus, the result of the exercise was the development of fire safety measures, the acquisition of skills to use fire fighting equipment, compliance with fire safety requirements by employees who took part in extinguishing the fire.
