On June 4, 1992, new state symbols of independent Kazakhstan were first approved. This day will remain forever in the history of the country as the birthday of the new state symbolism.
State symbols are one of the unshakable foundations of the state. The blue flag with the golden sun and the soaring silhouette of the eagle and the coat of arms, in the center of which is the image of a shanyrak, as a symbol of the common house for all Kazakhstanis, showed the world the image of a new independent state called the Republic of Kazakhstan. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan №337 of June 4, 2007 “On Amending the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan №382 of January 20, 1998” On Professional and Other Holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan “, June 4 in the Republic is celebrated as the Day of State Symbols.
On June 1, 2017, in the assembly hall of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, on the eve of the Day of State Symbols, an Olympiad among cadets and students of the Institute took place. At different stages of the Olympiad the participants demonstrated their level of knowledge about state symbols and their significance for the people of Kazakhstan.
On June 4, 2017, cadets of the 1st course of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev together with the akimat of Aktobe district took part in the solemn event dedicated to the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was held in the cultural entertainment center “Keruen City” with the participation of cadets of the 1st course of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, cadets of the Military Institute of the Air Defense Forces. Twice Hero of the Soviet Union T.Begeldinov, as well as students from various higher educational institutions of the city of Aktobe. At the beginning of the ceremonial part, cadets of the first year of the institute carried out the state flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Then the participants of the event demonstrated a musical flash mob. More than 500 residents of the city of Aktobe attended this event.
On June 5, 2017, a ceremonial event was held on the front parade ground of the Institute for permanent and variable composition as part of the celebration of the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The solemn part was the execution of the anthem of the RK, as well as the congratulatory speech of the head of the institute, the police colonel S. Karakushev. Further, the cadets of the institute, under the description of state symbols, ceremoniously carried a national flag, a coat of arms and a stand with the text of the anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the parade ground. This event was covered by photo and video shooting.
