September 1, 2018 in the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after. M.Bukenbaev, as well as in many educational institutions, held a special event dedicated to the Day of Knowledge.

After the event, Institute Management and the veteran went around the territory of the institute and visited the classrooms where the classes held. In classrooms, S.R.Rzabekov personally congratulated the cadets with a new academic year with farewell speech for science and education.
