March 19, 2019 was held a meeting of the head of Department of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption in the Aktobe region Medetov Rasul Mahmudovich and head of ALI MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, PhD in Law, associated Professor (docent), police Colonel Saitbekov Aidar Mutalikovich with permanent and pipeline part of the Institute, during which a Memorandum was signed and a joint action plan on mutual cooperation.
The document signed on the eve of the celebration of the 150th anniversary of Aktobe, 2019 – «Year of youth», as well as within the framework of the action Plan for 2019-2020 years on combating corruption in law enforcement and the project «Aktobe – adaldyk alany», is aimed at developing and implementing joint and coordinated actions to implement the anti-corruption strategy, including improving the effectiveness of measures taken in the field of combating corruption.
In his speech, the head of the Institute Saitbekov Aidar Mutalikovich noted that this event is a continuation of the meeting held on March 12 this year under the leadership of Minister of internal Affairs Yerlan Zamanbekovich Turgumbaev and Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service affairs and anti-corruption Alik Zhatkambaevich Shpekbaev with the participation of members of the public. They discussed the draft action Plan for 2019-2020 years on combating corruption in law enforcement, developed on the basis of the roadmap of reforms of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Also, in order to realize the strategic policy documents: the national Plan – «100 steps» Strategy «Kazakhstan-2050», the anti-corruption strategy of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 years and also in the framework of the project «Aktobe adaldyk alany» 2019 is announced in the Institute year of «Оpen University».
In the framework of the Memorandum this day was held a number of events – meeting with discussion on the report of senior lecturer of general disciplines, police Major A. Zh. Zharashan on the theme «Psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of anti-corruption culture of cadets», visit the Front office and the opening at the territory of the Institute «The Store of integrity», and also conduct the tournament for the cup of the head of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil services affairs and anti-corruption «Institut barysy» on «Kazaksha kures» among the pipeline of the Institute.
According to the results of the competition the winner of the cup of the head of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil services affairs and anti-corruption «Institut barysy» was the cadet of 104 training group of 1 «А» course Mukhtarov Rakhat Erkinuly, second place went to cadet of 205 training group of 2 «A» course Bolat Nurlan Yerlanyly, third place went to cadet of the 204 training group of 2 «A» course Karazhanov Arystan.
