14.06.2017. In the AJI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the teacher of the department of “Criminal Law and Criminology”, the police major, Ergaliev A.R. An open lecture session was held in the discipline “Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” on the topic: “Criminal liability of minors” for cadets of the first year of 101 training groups.
To conduct an open lecture session, methodological developments for the teacher and methodological recommendations for the cadets were prepared. The lecture session was well planned methodically, which allowed the teacher in a short time to solve many educational tasks: to repeat the material covered, to identify interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary connections; To check the results of independent out-of-class work, lay theoretical foundations for further practical activities.
Issues under consideration:
- Types of punishments imposed on minors.
- Assignment of punishment to minors.
- Forced measures of educational influence.
At the open session attended by the faculty of the Institute, as well as the head of the educational and methodological center, Lieutenant Colonel Moldashev R.U. In the course of the subsequent discussion, the experience of conducting an open lecture session was recognized as positive and worthy for distribution in a pedagogical collective.
