On the eve of the celebration on March 8 – the International Women’s Concert Program, I congratulated all the women of the Institute.
A ceremonial speech was opened by the head of the institute, the police colonel S. Karakushev. and veteran of the police department, retired colonel Rzabekov SR, who presented medals, letters of commendation and letters of thanks to the employees on behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
All the numbers of the festive concert were dedicated to women and their beauty! The stormy applause that the ladies gave to the speakers did not stop.
The invited artists, as well as the staff of the institute – the police captain Wisov B.Zh. and lieutenant of police Yeleusizov B.S. performed various songs dedicated to the International Women’s Day. In breaks there were verses and jokes, and the song on the sand was performed by the invited artist.
The event turned out to be festive, bright and memorable, which created a joyful and positive mood and caused a sea of positive emotions and feelings.
