October 6, 2018 within the walls of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev was shown a video and held an event to explain the main points of the President’s message of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbaev to the people of Kazakhstan «growth in prosperity of Kazakhstan people: increase in earnings and quality of life» dated this October 5, 2018 for cadets of 1 «A» and 1 «B» courses. The event was organized by the Department of scientific-research organization and editing and publishing operations, course managers and curators of training groups.
To explain the highlights to the curators of 1 «А» course 102 and 103 training groups lecturer of the Department of General legal disciplines, police Lieutenant G. A. Bisenkov and lecturer of the Department of criminal law and criminology, police major B. A. Nakipbekov acquainted the cadets with six priorities of this President’s message. In this message, the Head of state said: «Every citizen of Kazakhstan should clearly understand the essence of the reforms and its importance in terms of the prosperity of our country. Consolidation of society around common goals today is more important than ever for its successful implementation».
Also, the curators stressed that the next 2019 year was declared the Year of youth, in which the curators and cadets expressed their proposals for joint activities in framework of implementation of The President’s message.
