April 4, 2019 in the framework of the international scientific-theoretical conference «Actual problems of modern science» in the light of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbaev to the people of Kazakhstan «Growth in prosperity of Kazakhstan’s people: increase in earnings and quality of life», dedicated to the Year of youth and the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city, for cadets (students), graduates of departmental educational institutions of Almaty Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbulatov, Karaganda Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, Kostanay Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev, Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia., as well as Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov, Military Institute of Air Defence Forces named after twice Hero of the Soviet Union T. Ya. Begeldinov, Baishev University, in Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, in the framework of the scientific-practical school by teaching staff of the Department of criminal process and criminalistics were conducted practical exercises on training ranges: «Carriage», «Apartment», «Shop» on the theme « Inspection of the scene and initial investigative actions». The following issues were considered and practically worked out with the participation of cadets(students) :
1.The beginning of pre-trial investigation, forms of investigation. Unified register of pre-trial investigation. Conduct of electronic criminal cases (venue – criminal Laboratory).
2. Application of modern information technologies in the course of detection and investigation of crimes «in hot pursuit» using the training program «Virtual inspection of the scene» and «Sketch» (venue – information technology class).
3.Fixation of the course and the results of the inspection of the scene with the help of photography. External examination of the corpse at the place of its detection. Other types of investigative inspection, inspection of objects (place – training ground «Carriage»).
4.Rules for detecting, fixing and removing traces of displays: a)traces of hands, b)footprints; C)traces of vehicles; d)traces of hacking tools and tools. Forensic study of locks and seals (venue – training grounds: «Apartment», «Shop»).
In the framework of the practical training the students acquainted with the profession of the criminalist, investigator, investigator, testing the number of forensic techniques, including the preparation of sketch, technical studies, fingerprinting, crime scene examination, autopsy and some other investigative actions.
