On July 3, 2019 on the basis of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev officers of DES in Aktobe region — the officer of civil defense Department, senior Lieutenant O. N. Duisen. and the officer of the civil defense group of emergency management of Aktobe city, Lieutenant K. T. Darmenov, as well as the inspector of mobilization and civil defense of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, senior police Lieutenant S. E. Eldesov. conducted a briefing on civil defense, which was attended by liteners of the course of initial training, listening to a lecture on compliance with the rules and regulations of state control in the field of fire safety, civil defense, namely emergency prevention, emergency response and fire fighting.
During the briefing on practical experience were shown the rules of the use of special means in emergency situations.
Concluding the event, senior leitenant O. N. Duysen, noted that the ongoing coaching can be useful in different situations.
