November 25, 2019 Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the international scientific-practical conference on «Criminal legal means of combating crime» in the online mode, held by the Ufa law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of Russia.
From Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev with a welcome speech by the Head of the Department of scientific-research and editorial-publishing work, police Lieutenant Colonel Karimbaeva Aislu Kairlaevna.
The participants of the conference were officers of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic named after major General of militia E. A. Aliev, Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of internal affairs of Russia, Kazan law Institute of MIA of Russia, Ural law Institute of MIA of Russia Nizhny Novgorod Academy of Ministry of internal affairs of Russia, FPS of Russia in Republic Bashkortostan, the Institute of law of Bashkir state University and Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev.
Deputy head of the Department of criminal law and criminology of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Lieutenant Colonel Alimpiev Alexey Alexandrovich made a report on «Problems of application of institutions of complicity and stages of crime in the qualification of mass riots».
Each presentation was accompanied by a fascinating discussion and scientific discussion related to the statement and justification of the positions of the participants.
