Practical lesson on pre-medical care with the participation of specialists and volunteers of the Aktobe branch of the red Crescent Society

February 4, 2020 implementing the concept of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the transition to the new police training format, in order to make the learning process practical orientation in the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev the Department of Criminal law, criminal procedure and criminology for students of special elementary education for the first time coming to the police station with the rank of private, junior and middle command staff was organized exemplary practice in providing pre-hospital medical care, the basics of which are studied by students in the framework of the discipline: «Tactical and special training». This lesson was held with the participation of employees and volunteers of the Aktobe regional branch of the red Crescent Society: first aid specialist Diyarov Yeralkhan, volunteers: Amangeldina Zhansaya, Diyarov Adylkhan and Moldasheva Botagoz.

During the lesson, conditions were created as close as possible to the real ones at the scene, in the presence of victims: a grimm in the form of wounds was used, the acting skills of volunteers simulating panic and shock in the victims, models and simulators for ventilating were used. The instructor demonstrated techniques for providing pre-medical care for various types of bleeding, fractures, dislocations, sprains, burns, asphyxia, frostbite, poisoning, heat and sunstroke, electric shock, rules for immobilization and transportation of victims, as well as methods and techniques for resuscitation (artificial respiration, indirect heart massage).

During the lesson, the students showed a keen interest and curiosity, asked a lot of clarifying questions, and also actively participated as assistants, and in demonstrating the methods of first aid known to them to victims. Thanking the guests, they expressed their wishes to conduct similar practice-oriented situational classes in the future.
