September 28, 2017 at the central stadium named after Kobylandy batyr was the forum “Atobe-қutty Meken”.
It was attended by famous Aktobe residents and natives from our region. The event was organized within the framework of the strategy of the First President, as well as within the framework of the action “Tugan zherge tagzim”.
On the stage of the Central Stadium there were well-known artists and singers who were born in the Aktobe region. Just the cadets of our institute did not stay aside, more than one hundred cadets performed with indicative numbers.
