February 6, 2018 in the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, a round table was organized on the theme “Latin alphabet – common language.”
The goal is to explain the seventh task of the Address of the Head of State – ways to improve human capital in the country, among them to indicate the advantages and effectiveness of the transition to the Latin alphabet in the development of the state; increase the use of the state language and improve its status and promote the importance of this step, instill in the students a sense of respect for their native language, nation, history, and increase the desire for globalization.
The deputy head of the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the police colonel Dauletiyarov D.A, the director of the KSU “Language Learning Center” of the State Institution “The Department for the Development of Languages of the Aktobe region ” K.Kh.Shergazin, the Associate Professor of the ARGU them. K.Zhubanov, Ph.D. Saduakas NA, Advisor to the Deputy Chairman of the Branch of the Nur Otan Party in Aktobe, Yerzhakypov M.S, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Council of Veterans “Birlik” at the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan, Aktobe region Kurmanbekov E.Zh., political newspaper “Aktobe”, the faculty of the Institute and cadets. The moderator of the round table was the head of the Department of State Language and Information, Nurmukhambetova Zh.B.
During the work of the round table, we familiarized ourselves with the stages of the transition to the Latin alphabet and discussed the positive aspects of the transition of the Kazakh alphabet from Cyrillic to Latin. The students asked the questions they were interested in and received exhaustive answers, at the end they shared their impressions of the event.
