6 February 2018 at 15.00 hours. in the Aktyubinsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Malkejar Bukenbayev, an international round table was held with the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the topic: “The formation in the society of the principle of” zero tolerance “to offenses” in the framework of “Bolashakka Bagdar: Rukhani zhangyru”.
During the preparation of the roundtable, a special program was developed, approved by the head of the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, colonel of the police Karakushev S.I and the chief of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Major-General of Police Nakhimov A.P. Also, a press release has been prepared and sent to various media outlets, a special banner with the themes of the round table was produced and placed in the foyer of the institute.
The round table was conducted online with the connection and broadcast of the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev and the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a view to discussing a wide range of issues related to the formation in the society of the principle of “zero tolerance” for offenses, the solution of which would allow consolidated position of all stakeholders in the prevention and prevention of violations.

During the round table, there were quite interesting opinions and proposals on all relevant issues relating to the formation in society of the principle of “zero tolerance” for offenses, and the word was presented by each of the parties.
It was noted at the meeting that the commission of minor offenses has very serious social consequences: ignoring and disrespecting the rules of decency and decent behavior, as well as neglecting the interests and rights of others. Within the framework of this course, students were asked questions.
In addition, during the discussion, the round table participants developed a set of Kazakh-Russian proposals and recommendations on further cooperation of educational organizations in developing appropriate measures in this area of activity.
At the end of the event, Deputy Chief of the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev for scientific work, Lieutenant Colonel G. Suleymanova summed up the results of the round table and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation.
