The management of the Institute and higher-education teaching personnel of military and physical training department pays great attention to hand-to-hand fighting. In this connection, by the 20th anniversary of Astana on May 31, 2018, the Institute held a competition in hand-to-hand fighting among the non-permanent personnel.
Opening the competition, the national Anthem with the raising of the national Flag was sounded, the Head of the Institute, candidate of legal Sciences, police Colonel Salimgerei Imangalievich Karakushev made a ceremonial speech and congratulated the participants of the competition on the 20th anniversary of Astana, wishing everyone good luck in achievement of high sporting results.
The competition was held in 5 weight categories, where students took the following places: in weight category to 57 kg the first place took the student of the E.Bisen, to 62 kg, first place took to cadet D. Pernebek, to 68 kg the first place took the student of the D.Bekbol, to 74 kg the first place took the student of K.Gappar, to 82 kg the first place took the cadet D.Slamzhanov.
The competition was held in a friendly atmosphere, at the end of which the winners were awarded with diplomas.
