Between May 24 and June 8, 2018, on a delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Manager of the General Legal Disciplines Department, Police Major, Ilyaykov Temirbai Usenovich took part in a seminar on the topic “Fight against terror in providing energy security”, conducted by the Academy of Armed constabulary of the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China (WPA ISB PRC) in Lanfang.
On May 25, 2018, before the opening of the seminar, national anthems of the two countries (Kazakhstan and China) sounded on the territory of the WPA of the ISB of the PRC.
The Deputy Director of the Political Academy Lu Zin Tsen and the Deputy Head of the Department of Security of the Ministry of Public Security of China Ma Wei Ya made opening speech.
In their speech, they spoke about the history of the creation of the Academy of Armed Police, which formed in 1981 in April. So they say for 37 years, this Academy has trained more than 60 thousand employees. Currently,there are more than 5 thousand cadets are studyingfor training of specialist the Border Guard Service, fire fighting service, security, UN peacekeeping department United Nations.
During the seminar it was a sight-seeing tour: Pekin,Nanking,Tientsin.
Education was in China language with translation into Russian language. The representative of China Su Syaodun made translation.
On May28, 2018 it was a seminar on theme «International scientific seminar of large communication events protection 2018» within memorandum between the Academy of armed constabulary of Public Security Police of China and Krasnodar University of Interior Ministry of Russia. From the Interior Ministry of Russia in work of present seminar took part – deputy commandment of commandment of the university, Doctor of Engineering Science, professor, Police Major General O.M.Bulgakov and Deputy Manager of the University Academic Affairs, Doctor of Laws, Professor, Police Colonel A.L.Osipenko.
On June7, 2018 it was a Closing Ceremony of Seminar. Upon completion of the course, everyone involved the certificates from the Vice –Principal of the Academy Lu Zin Tsen.
