«Trilingualism — is the guarantor of the future» — on such subjects the department of general education disciplines of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev was held a round table on September 6 of this year. The purpose of the round table was – discussion, exchange of views on the current state of trilingual education for today. The moderator of the round table was the lecturer of Department of the Initial Investigation, the Police Major S.A.Mendybaeva. The assistant chief of the institute, Police Colonel K.M.Manapbaev addressed the participants with an introductory speech, noting that for a modern Kazakhstani to know three languages -is a mandatory requirement for one’s own well-being, and knowledge of English is a necessity.
Additionally, the round table was attended by – Deputy chairman of the Aktobe regional branch of the public association “International society” “Kazak language” “Zh.Zh.Kabakbaev.; Teacher of Kazakh language for the Development of Languages Department of Aktobe Region A.O.Tanirbergenova; Head of the Department of State Language and Information of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic named after M.Bukenbaeva Zh.B.Nurmuhambetova ;Senior lecturer of the Department of Initial Investigation, Police Lieutenant Colonel Zh.M.Esmambetova. In their speeches, the participants spoke about the need for a three-language education that promotes the effective development of Kazakhstan’s education, noting that this is an effective way of integrating Kazakhstan into the world community. In the end, they exchanged views on the future of the policy of trilingualism.
At the end of the event, the participants received certificates and a memorable photo was taken.
