Meeting of the Cadet Scientific Society : 25.02.2017

Cadet Scientific Society of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaeva is a voluntary organization uniting cadets systematically, purposefully engaged in research work and successfully fulfilling the curriculum.

The СSS is called upon to contribute to the satisfaction of the research interests of cadets and the solution of the research tasks of the Institute.

The CSS has several main objectives:

Development of cadets’ creative thinking;
Development of research and development skills;
Solution of actual scientific and practical problems facing the university.

The CSS structure includes the Council of the CSS, which includes the chairman, the deputy chairman, the public relations officer, the secretary in charge of the clerical work. In addition, there is an active cadet scientific society, which includes the most talented cadets of the institute. The primary organizations of the cadet scientific society are the cathedral circles.

You can already join the CSS on the first course. The main selection criteria are excellent or good study and the desire to engage in scientific activity.

Within the framework of the general scientific direction of the Institute and the scientific directions of the departments, various conferences, seminars, round tables and other events are organized and held at the university. CSS most actively conducts all the necessary work in this area of activity.

As of 2017 there are 8 scientific circles in the departments of the Institute, which include about 190 cadets of the 1-2 courses.

ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF THE CADETS SCIENTIFIC SOCIETY OF THE AKTOBE JURIDICAL INSTITUTE OF THE MINISTRY INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN named after M. BUKENBAEV FOR THE PERIOD 2017: 07.11.2017

In 2016-2017 academic year, at the general meeting of the courses, a chairman, two deputy chairmen, a secretary and members of the cadet scientific society of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev were elected. So, by a majority of votes were elected the chairman – the cadet 104 ed.gr., the rank-and-file police T. Tansykov, the deputy chairmen – the cadet 104 ed.gr., the ordinary police D. Umarov and the cadet 101 ed.gr., the rank-and-file police S.Abdrazak, the technical secretary – cadet 103ed.gr ., ordinary police A.Gabdulina and members of the CSS – Duldilova Sh, Uteshev T, Zhabaykhanov E, Zhunusova A, Elipova A, Iskakov E, Tasbulatova A.

Since the beginning of 2017, 4 CSS meetings have been held, the issues discussed are: acquaintance with the CSS, re-election, division of duties among members, preparation for the international scientific and theoretical conference of 07/04/2017, for a quiz timed to the Day of Science, dated April 17, , participation and preparation of reports for field conferences and much more.

Therefore, the 2016-2017 academic year became effective for the scientific research work of the Kursant Scientific Society of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev. In accordance with the schedule, from February to May 2017, the first international scientific and practical conference was held on the basis of the Institute, which was held on April 7 of this year for cadets, students, undergraduates, adolescents and doctoral students on the topic: “Topical issues of modern science “. In the work of the conference, cadets for the first time took part cadets not only of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, but also of the Kostanai Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after S. Kabylbaev and the Almaty academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbulatova , students and undergraduates of civil universities of the ARSU named after K. Zhubanov, KRIU and ASU named after Baishev.

In general, the work of the sections was organized and rich, which indicates that the students are interested in the reports presented and the effective activities of the CSS. These speeches were devoted to significant, interesting facts of the scientific life of cadets and are linked with the general theme of the sections.

Also, according to the RW plan for 2017, a quiz dedicated to the Day of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held on the basis of the Institute. The results of the quiz were determined by the winners – the cadets of the training group 203. The completion of the final stage of the quiz showed the growing level of research activity of the cadets, and according to the results of the quiz it could be concluded that this event as a whole reached its goal – gave most cadets certain skills search for information, work with literature, including a special experience of public speaking. This is confirmed by the fact that 5 participants of the winners of the quiz in the current academic year were able to successfully participate in various international conferences.

Also, the cadets of the Aktobe law institute took an active part in international scientific conferences that took place at the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbulatov and the Kustanai Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after. Sh. Kabylbaev. The participants were rewarded with the certificates for the best works and reports, diplomas were awarded. Diplomas for the best report were awarded to cadets of the Aktobe Juridical Institute 104 platoon Nuralin M., Babashov I., Zhabaykhanov E.

Further, the final moment in the activity of the CSS for 2017 was the participation of CSS members in the contest of creative student works dedicated to the year of ecology in Russia, which was held in Orenburg (RF) on October 19, and on October 20, 2017, organized by the Office of the Ombudsman for Human Rights of the Orenburg Region. 7 cadets took part in the competition, of which three cadets of the 2nd course were members of the CSS: Sultanova SS, Gabdulina AT, Abdyrakhmanova K.A, and four students of the 1st course: Ermekbayeva A.B, Sharipova D.M, Kenebay T.B, Tobyshbaeva A.K which we were offered as members of the CSS for the next 2018, namely Tobyshbaeva A.K. to the position of deputy chairman. The cadent scientific society together with the DOREPW and the course link held a meeting on the election of a new composition of the CSS, 17 people were elected at the meeting:

The meeting was held on October 26, 2017. He was elected deputy chairman of the cadet 1B course, ordinary police Sovetkhanov SE,

2 deputy chairman of the cadet 1B of the course of the rank-and-file police Kenebai T.B, technical secretary of the ordinary police Basitova I., and members of the CSS from the 1st course A.B. The first course cadet was selected as the chairman, the ordinary policeman Yerkebulanov A.A.

In order to further improve the research work, the following suggestions are useful:

The head of the Cadet Scientific Society – to intensify the explanatory work among cadets on the importance of scientific and practical conferences and the need for timely and high-quality preparation of reports.
The scientific advisers should carefully plan the work of the circles, do not transfer the preparation of the speakers on the eve of the scientific and practical conference, persistently explain to the cadets the inadmissibility of excessive compulsion, strict control over the work of the members of the creative groups in this aspect.
Curators – to take more effective measures to ensure the attendance of cadets provided for by the plan of educational work of the Institute.
Cadets – take an active part in distance, distance intellectual competitions of various levels.

Thus, the tasks in the field of scientific research, put on the 2016-2017 academic year, by a team of cadets and teachers of the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs RK named after M. Bukenbaev were successfully fulfilled.
