On the eve of the celebration of the “Day of Health” – September 16, 2017 on the parade ground of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev among the variable composition of the institute at 06.30h. and constant composition at 09.00. a morning warm-up for the body was performed.
For the variable composition the warm-up was conducted by teachers of the Department of Military and Physical Training Senior Lieutenant of Police Kairbaev Zharas Kairbayevich and Sergeant of Police Iztlesov Onbolsyn Nurlanovych, and for the permanent staff the senior instructor of the department, Major Murgaliyev Asylanbek Asylbekovich.
The given action acted with the purpose of versatile and harmonic physical development, strengthening of health, working out of a correct posture and strengthening of respiratory organs, and also good work of cardiovascular system, improvement of a metabolism and increase of ability to live of an organism.
Participants received a stream of cheerful morning mood for the whole day and thanked the organizers for such an event.
