April 18, 2019 Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the plenary session of the international scientific and practical conference on «Actual problems of law and the state in the XXI century», held by the Ufa law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia.
Deputy chief for academic affairs, candidate of legal Sciences, associated Professor, police Colonel Terekhov Alexey Yurievich made an opening speech from the Ufa law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The participants of the conference were the faculty of the Ufa law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Bashkir Academy of public service and management under the head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, representatives of the constitutional court of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Eastern economic and legal humanitarian Academy, the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Barimbek Beisenov, the Institute of law of the Bashkir state University, the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Tajikistan, Omsk Academy of Russia, Bashkir state pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla, Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy of the Republic of Belarus, Barnaul law Institute of MIA of Russia, Voronezh Institute of MIA of Russia, Moscow University of the MIA of Russia and Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Malkedzhar Bukenbaev.
At this plenary session such questions as: about compliance of the criminal legislation of Russia to the international legal standards in the sphere of counteraction of corruption; criminal deviation: concept, distinctive features, a modern state; actual problems of protection of the right to intellectual property; speech communication in professional activity of the lawyer; norms with administrative prejudice and criminal acts, their ratio; the modified risk factors of development of diseases at police officers – a nutrition factor were considered; about problems of production of new types and kinds of judicial examinations by non-state forensic organizations; procedural and moral features of production of judicial examination in trial on affairs of minors; quickly-search discretion: statement of a problem; about a role of information and work in legal education of officers of internal affairs bodies; cyber law in the mechanism of legal regulation of public relations in modern Russia; development of the criminal procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and etc.
