In the period from February 18th to March 2nd, 2019 in Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev passed career development courses members of the National Guard, the municipal and district police departments, as well as conversion training of the patrol police.
The educational process at the refresher courses was conducted in accordance with the curriculum and thematic plans.
On February 22 and 27, 2019 senior lecturer of the Department of administrative law and administrative activities of the Internal Affairs bodies, police Lieutenant Colonel M. Izbasov and patrol police officers conducted field training in the Local Police Service of the Police Department of Aktobe region, as well as in the stronghold № 22 of the Almaty district of Aktobe.
February 28, 2019 with the soldiers of the National Guard were carried out field training. On February 21, 2019 students of career development and conversion training in the categories of «Police patrol police», «Soldiers of the National Guard» headed by the head of the faculty of professional and additional education, police Colonel S. B.Gizatov took part in the collective gratuitous, voluntary blood donation for sick people In the center of blood transfusion of Aktobe region.
On February 25, 2019 students of career development courses in the category of «National Guard Soldiers» took part in the international roundtable discussion on topic «Military training and Patriotic upbringing», held in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan.
On February 26, 2019 the students took part in the international research-to-practice conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the operational and forensic service of the DIA and the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city «Criminalists of the DIA on service of justice», held at the Institute, where they received new knowledge in the field of criminology and pre-trial investigation.
On February 28, 2019 students in the category «Police officers of city and district police departments» took part in the international roundtable discussion on topic «Benefits of conciliation», held in the framework of the program «Ruhani zhangyru» and research topic «Improving mediation in the criminal process of the Republic of Kazakhstan», as well as in honor of the celebration of the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city, which addressed issues related to the benefits of extrajudicial mediation, the role of mediation in the criminal process and its ability to reduce the level of conflict between the parties, some issues of termination of criminal cases by courts for reconciliation with victims in mediation, features of mediation conducted during pre-trial and judicial proceedings.
In order to Patriotic upbringing and enlightenment visited the Museum of Aliya Moldagulova, Museum of the Institute, as well as honored and floral tribute at the monument to A. Moldagulova, obelisk of Glory «Eternal flame».
The entrance control on knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan was carried out with listeners.
