ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE, DEDICATED TO THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE KAZAKHSTAN POLICE AND CONDUCTING “EXPO-2017: ENERGY OF THE FUTURE”

June 2, 2017 in the Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after  M. Bukenbaev  held an international scientific and practical conference on “Actual problems of law: achievements and prospects.”

The purpose of the conference was a comprehensive discussion of areas for improving legislation and the exchange of scientific results, research and international experience.

The conference was attended by undergraduates, graduate students, young scientists, specialists and teachers of domestic and foreign universities. An interesting exchange of views took place during the conference.

A total of 159 reports were presented, a plenary session was organized with presentations of scientific projects, advanced developments in the field of fundamental and applied research and main results in the field of law in three languages ​​- state, Russian and English.

During the plenary session, about eleven speakers spoke. Among them – the senior lecturer of the Department of Theory of State and Law and Constitutional Law of the Russian State University of Russia, Ph.D., Maksimenko E.I, senior lecturer of the Criminal Procedure Department of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, Ph.D., Major of Police A. Smyshlyaev, Head of Training Unit of Shymkent Education Center named after B.Momyshuly, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Lieutenant Colonel of Police Karataev T.Zh., Associate Professor of Legal Disciplines of A. Zhubanov ARSU, Ph.D. ., Kurmanova A.K, teacher of the department of state and legal disciplines Institute of Economics and Law of the ARSU named after  K.Zhubanova   Eshibaeva S.S. etc.

Representative of the Orenburg State University, Associate Professor of the Chair of Theory of State and Law and Constitutional Law, Ph.D., Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna noted the high organization of the conference, expressing confidence that such events will serve as an important step for the further development of fruitful cooperation between universities of the countries CIS.

Following the results of the conference, the participants discussed the draft recommendations and handed certificates and photos for memory.
