March 31, 2017 in the meeting room of the Teaching and Methodological Council of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, a round table was held to explain the main provisions of the annual message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2017 “The Third Modernization of Kazakhstan : Global competitiveness. ”
The organizers were the members of the scientific circles of the institute “Kukyttanushy” and “Jurist”.
The roundtable was attended by the head of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the police colonel Karakushev S.I. and Associate Professor of the Department of Law of Aktobe Regional State University Candidate of Legal Sciences Smagulova A.S.
