March 12, 2019 according to the plan of the Department within the discipline «Administrative activities of IAB», an assistant Professor of administrative law and administrative activities of IAB, the police Lieutenant Colonel N.K. Orazalin held open lectures on the theme «Administrative surveillance of IAB», which concluded 2 questions: «Arrangements of administrative surveillance over persons released from places of deprivation of liberty» and «Organization of accounting and preventive work with persons in respect of whom administrative surveillance is set when they are released from places of imprisonment».
In the preamble the teacher acquainted with the theme of the lesson and the plan of its implementation, and also told the cadets about the importance of establishing administrative supervision of persons released from prison.
The main part of the presentation materials on the issues of administrative surveillance of persons released from places of detention, the organization of accounting and preventive work with persons in respect of whom administrative surveillance is established upon release from places of deprivation of liberty.
Demonstration of slides in alternation with the display of videos contributed to the productive work of the cadets. Cadets with interest watched the events, with pleasure answered questions and actively participated in demonstration part.
In the final part, the teacher showed the cadets a sample case of administrative surveillance and explained the procedure for its introduction.
In the preparation of classes used methodological development and guidelines for open lectures, regulations governing the activities of the Department of Internal Affairs for the implementation of administrative surveillance of persons released from prison.
The lecture session received positive feedback from the present teaching staff. The purpose of the training was achieved.
